“Queer Temple Fair” is an event designed to differentiate from the western celebration for gay pride—the  pride parade. A “Queer Temple Fair” not only captures the authentic nature of many Asian cultures, but also mocks the anti-gay campaign held at different temples local to Taiwan. The aesthetics of the system is inspired by the first Asian queer novel called “Crystal Boy”.
